The increasing cost pressure in the German healthcare system poses a major challenge for hospitals: they must meet increasingly complex requirements to ensure that the services they provide are reimbursed fully and correctly. At the same time, more than 80 percent of German hospitals are already operating at a loss. With our AI solution, we already support numerous public, private and non-profit hospitals across Germany in automating and optimizing the entire process from treatment to payment. Our platform covers everything from automatically identifying the correct billing codes based on the patient record to improving documentation quality and managing lengths of stay. This allows us to support hospitals across the full range of medical controlling tasks. Due to rapidly growing demand, we are now looking for hands-on support for our small, ambitious team. Build, maintain and monitor integrations between our platform and hospital IT systems Work with APIs, HL7, FHIR and custom integrations Debug integration issues and improve reliability Develop scripts and automations for data exchange and system connectivity Help set up new hospital integrations You are studying Computer Science or a related technical field Good programming skills, ideally in Python Comfortable working with APIs and different software systems Strong debugging and creative problem-solving skills Independent and reliable way of working Learn how to build a profitable startup in the AI era Help shape the future of German hospitals Free access to the latest AI tools Work closely with the founders and have real ownership Competitive compensation
