At wBrain, we are looking for a Workplace Consultant to join an international nearshore project, providing end-user support and ensuring a seamless workplace experience across modern Microsoft environments.

This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with experience in technical support who enjoy troubleshooting, working with Microsoft technologies, and delivering excellent service to end users.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot authentication and login issues.
• Resolve printer, permissions and print queue incidents.
• Deliver remote support using TeamViewer or similar tools.
• Create, configure and deactivate user accounts (onboarding/offboarding).
• Perform administrative tasks in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Monitor, prioritise and escalate incidents when necessary.
• Document procedures and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Develop technical expertise in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 alongside senior team members.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service while meeting agreed service levels.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support (Level 1 or Level 2), preferably in corporate environments.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Windows 10/11
• Remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer)
• Familiarity with identity management platforms such as Okta, Azure AD or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English (written and spoken).

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management best practices.
• Previous experience working in international or nearshore environments.
• Exposure to endpoint management and modern workplace technologies.
