Workplace Engineer – Intune, VMware/Omnissa & Office 365

What You'll do: - Manage and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune; - Build, deploy, and update Windows images, software packages, and security patches across corporate devices; - Administer and optimize Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMware / Omnissa), including setup, performance monitoring, and user support; - Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Exchange; - Maintain hybrid identity and messaging environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructures; - Ensure device, software, security, and compliance standards are consistently met; - Hybrid work model. Who You Are: - Experience managing endpoint environments with Microsoft Intune; - Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment, patch management, and software packaging; - Experience with VMware Horizon / Omnissa virtual desktop environments; - Knowledge of VDI setup, administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization; - Experience administering Active Directory and Exchange in hybrid environments; - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and OneDrive; - Experience managing identity, access, and messaging infrastructures; - Understanding of software licensing, compliance, and endpoint security best practices; - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; - Good communication and user support capabilities; - Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency; - Fluent in English, and Portuguese.
