In this role, you will lead our global accounting team—which is uniquely organized by function rather than geography—to streamline operational processes from transactional execution through to month-end reporting handover. Location: Lyon, France (Hybrid) Reports To: Head of Accounting, Consolidation, Treasury & Tax The Immediate Mission: Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple legacy systems in a bilingual (English/French) environment, while actively standardizing and aligning global workflows ahead of a single ERP integration . *Missions* Team Leadership & Operations Lead and mentor a worldwide accounting team structured by functional pillars (AP, AR, Cash, Payroll). Oversee daily global transactional processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. Drive the month-end closing process to ensure a seamless, timely handover to the reporting team. Standardization & ERP Transformation Maintain operational continuity across legacy systems while identifying inefficiencies. Standardize and align global accounting policies and workflows across all entities. Act as a key driver and stakeholder in the upcoming transition to a unified ERP system. *Skills* Experience: 8+ years of accounting experience , with a proven track record in an international, fast-paced environment (Tech/SaaS sector is a major plus). System Expertise: Strong familiarity with complex accounting ecosystems and hands-on experience with ERP implementations or migrations . Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
