This is a pivotal role for an experienced Sage X3 professional who wants to take ownership, lead complex projects, and make a meaningful impact on how we deliver for our customers. What You’ll Be Doing Working closely with customers to understand business requirements and deliver successful Sage X3 solutions. Configuring and optimising Sage X3 modules to meet customer needs and project objectives. Collaborating with technical teams to deliver customisations, integrations, and system enhancements. Leading testing, data migration validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing guidance and resolving issues. Delivering user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support effective system adoption. Providing post-go-live support, system optimisation, and ongoing consultancy. Contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices. Maintaining expertise in Sage X3 and keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. About You Proven experience implementing and configuring Sage X3, ideally within distribution environments. Strong understanding of business processes, solution design, system integrations, and ERP best practices. Experience delivering software or ERP projects using structured project methodologies. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Customer-focused, with a track record of building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. Experience providing user training, supporting change adoption, and ensuring successful system use. Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Relevant ERP or Sage X3 certifications, and a degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline, are advantageous.
