Job Description Designing, developing and updating a variety of technical training materials for online and classroom training courses, with a strong focus on video-based e-learning courses and certifications as well as micro-learning (YouTube, etc.). Developing content using software tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, InDesign) and Articulate Storyline, including supplemental materials/guides as well as assessments. Driving overall learning design approach to ensure learning occurs by conducting assessments and analysis. to identify learning needs and recommend training methods accordingly to ensure desired outcomes. Ensuring that training solutions incorporate best practices in learning theory by monitoring and practicing the latest trends and techniques in learning and incorporating them into course designs. Producing course related promotional materials (brochures, web pages, customer and partner. communications). Occasional delivery of the training courses at all levels, beginner to advanced. Qualifications Completed technical education (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,… ) At least 2-3 years professional experience in one of the following technical positions: Technical instructional designer Technical trainer/instructor Automation Software Test Engineer/QA Strong IT skills, including object oriented programming skills and strong working knowledge of C# Ability to design and work on multiple projects with rapid development deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages would be an asset Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively bother independently and in a team environment Strong intercultural competence Optional / good to have: Professional experience/knowledge of at least one of the following domains/technologies: SAP, Salesforce, Selenium, Test Automation platforms/frameworks, API Testing, Service. Virtualization, Robotic Process Automation, BI/DWH Testing, Test Data Management, Load/Performance Testing. Experience of working with Learning Management Systems. Experience in developing assessments for certifications in technical subjects. Location/Work Set-up: Temp WFH until June or July and will transition to Temp Hybrid.
