Young Professional – Finance Analyst at BairesDev

What You'll Do:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

- Support the analysis of financial performance by gathering, organizing, and interpreting key metrics and indicators.

- Help maintain financial records and spreadsheets, ensuring information is up to date and properly documented.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial data and contribute to planning processes.

- Assist in monitoring expenses and identifying variances against budget, escalating findings to senior team members.

- Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting workflows.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

- Strong interest in financial analysis, planning, or corporate finance.

- Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.

- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with financial tools is a plus.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
