Young Professional – IT Recruiter at BairesDev

This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in talent acquisition within a global tech company, where you'll support end-to-end recruitment processes and develop your sourcing and interviewing skills alongside experienced recruiters.

What You'll Do:

- Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.

- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.

- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

- Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
