Role Description The Zed Facilitator is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding MSMEs through the ZED Certification process. In this position, the facilitator supports enterprises in understanding ZED guidelines, assessing current operations, and identifying improvement areas related to quality, sustainability, and compliance. Daily tasks include conducting virtual consultations, collecting and organizing documentation, coordinating assessments, and assisting with application submission. The facilitator collaborates with internal teams, government stakeholders, and client organizations to ensure accurate information, timely progress, and successful certification outcomes. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining detailed records, and providing ongoing advisory support to help businesses sustain ZED standards.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of quality management, sustainability practices, and basic compliance frameworks, preferably related to MSMEs and manufacturing or service operations.
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, or facilitation roles, including client coordination, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex guidelines in clear, simple language and conduct effective virtual meetings.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation, reporting, and remote collaboration (e.g., office productivity suites, online meeting platforms, and shared workspaces).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental studies, or a related field; exposure to government programs or certification schemes is an advantage.
• Prior experience working with MSMEs or in digital transformation, process improvement, or quality initiatives is highly beneficial.
