You’ll support preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and sanitation across critical equipment and utilities. Key Responsibilities: This role includes a wide range of duties that support safe, reliable plant operations. Responsibilities include: Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and plant systems Adjusting equipment, changing small parts, motors, and pump heads as needed Monitoring and maintaining ammonia, compressed air, and high-pressure steam systems Completing preventative maintenance and equipment rebuilds on schedule Supporting CIP, sanitation, product quality, and recordkeeping requirements Maintaining a clean work environment and promoting strong teamwork and communication What You Bring: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English Experience working safely around industrial equipment and utilities Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and teamwork Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed and use proper lifting techniques Additional Requirements: Pass required Ramsay and hands-on maintenance assessments Maintain an overall “successful” or “commendable” performance rating Why This Role?
