2 Quality Engineers

Movement Search and Delivery is working with a growing global automotive supplier in rural Kentucky to identify and hire two Quality Engineers. OPEN TO DOING H1B Transfers OR TN Visas for candidates with automotive technical quality experience.

About the Role:

These newly created positions are the result of continued company growth and provide an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing operation. The company is seeking quality professionals with a strong foundation in quality systems who enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and driving continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Support and maintain the plant's Quality Management System.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality concerns.
• Work closely with manufacturing to improve product quality and process performance.
• Conduct internal audits and support customer and third-party audits.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
• Participate in APQP, PPAP, and problem-solving activities as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and quality management principles.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or similar quality standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work cross-functionally throughout the plant.
