2027 Fleet Sales Summer Internship

INTERNSHIP FORMAT This I nternship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Occasional business travel in the U nited States could be required . Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria . The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 202 7 . You will have exposure to multiple headquarters departments within sales , marketing, finance, and supply chain and be given assignments and projects that directly support our Sales senior management team. Typical workload may include extensive competitive analysis, creation of marketing & advertising materials, digital campaigns, incentive cost evaluation, competitive comparisons, as well as exposure to daily departmental tasks such as national reporting and communications. Teams you could be assigned to work with include Commercial Fleet Management, Market Requirements, Rental Sales, Commercial Sales, Fleet Business Relations and Operations, Fleet Logistics , and/or the Fleet Sales Value Creation Program (VCP) . Sales interns are not just observers but a true extension of our headquarters team. Our goal is to prepare you for an eventual full-time entry-level Sales position in the field . BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related field Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the internship Willingness to relocate for internship , if applicable Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by Spring 2027 Authorized to work in the United States PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong written and verbal communication skills Capable of working both independently and as part of a team Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations Retail and/or dealership job experience Strong interest in the automotive industry STELLANTIS DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, F-1, etc.) FOR THIS ROLE.
