Job Description Purpose of the role To participate in the day to day operations of the technology function, working across a range of technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Accountabilities Participation in design and innovation of products using the newest technologies. Cross-functional collaboration with the business to understand their needs and convey them to the broader development team, ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Development of change and innovative solutions. Collaboration with peers and promote a culture of knowledge sharing. You’ll build technical awareness, problem-solving skills and an understanding of how technology enables a global financial services business. You’ll also bring a genuine interest in technology, strong problem-solving skills and the drive to deliver innovative solutions.
