60m SY - Deckhand - Private/Charter A 60m sailing yacht is seeking a Deckhand to join a well-established private program, with the successful candidate joining as soon as possible to allow plenty of time to settle into the role. The yacht runs with a deck team of three and is looking for a hands-on, practical individual who enjoys being part of an active sailing program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue developing their career, with strong support towards working on their OOW. The ideal candidate will have previous yacht experience and be confident with general deck operations. However, they are also happy to consider someone green who has a strong sailing or racing background from growing up and is looking to begin a career on larger sailing yachts. The program will spend the remainder of the season cruising New England, before heading to the Caribbean for the winter. They do both private and charter. Candidates must either hold a valid B1/B2 visa or be able to obtain one, with the yacht happy to assist the right candidate through the process.
