Our client, a growing performance marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Paid Media Account Director to lead digital strategy and performance across a varied client portfolio.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to take their paid media career international and make a genuine impact within an ambitious, collaborative agency. You'll combine senior client leadership with hands-on performance expertise, developing integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social and programmatic.

The role would suit someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, presenting to clients and getting into the detail of campaign performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading paid media strategy across search, social and programmatic channels
• Acting as the senior strategic lead across key client accounts
• Overseeing campaign builds, optimisation, budget pacing and performance
• Translating client objectives into clear media plans with measurable KPIs
• Delivering insightful reporting and identifying opportunities for account growth
• Leading pitches and contributing to new business opportunities
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting internal workflows
• Staying ahead of industry developments and identifying opportunities for innovation

What they're looking for:

• 6–7+ years' experience in paid media, ideally within an agency environment
• Deep hands-on expertise across Paid Search and Paid Social
• Strong understanding of programmatic media; experience with The Trade Desk would be advantageous
• Proven experience leading client accounts and delivering against performance goals
• Confident presenting strategy and building trusted client relationships
• Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
• Experience mentoring junior team members and managing internal workflows
• Genuinely ready to relocate to Sydney within a short timeframe
• Eligible to obtain an appropriate Australian working visa, with employer sponsorship available for the right candidate
