Account Executive – Fintech (Credit Unions) | $130K Base / $300K+ OTE (Uncapped)

RecruiterForce is recruiting on behalf of a profitable, fast-growing fintech client that's building the first marketing and engagement platform purpose-built for credit unions — think category-defining infrastructure for a $34B-to-$6M asset market, with 180+ partners signed and triple-digit YoY growth.

The Role

We're hiring 2 Account Executives to drive new partner acquisition nationwide. You'll own the full sales cycle — from live prospecting at ~15 industry conferences a year to closing deals directly with credit union executives — working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Head of GTM and CEO.

What You'll Do

📍 Generate pipeline through in-person conferences, digital outreach, cold calling, and LinkedIn

🤝 Run consultative sales meetings and close in a trust-heavy, ~3-month regulated-industry sales cycle

📈 Help shape the GTM playbook as the team scales from 16 to 24+ this year

✈️ Travel your territory to build relationships face-to-face

Who We're Looking For

✅ 1–5 years in a client-facing role — consulting, expert networks (GLG, AlphaSights, Gartner), or sales

✅ Executive presence and gravitas with senior/C-suite audiences

✅ A self-starter who generates their own pipeline — no inbound playbook here

✅ Based in or willing to relocate to NYC (5 days/week in-office)

No prior startup experience required — we care more about how you build trust and close than where you've worked before.
