Division Accounting Manager Opportunities (Two Separate Roles)

Nebraska - Occasional travel to bordering state plant

Cost Accountant & Reporting Accountant

12.5% bonus - presently paying out yearly at 130% to bonus goal.

Our client is hiring 2 Accounting Managers to support our growing Finance organization. These are separate roles — candidates may apply to the Reporting or Cost Accounting.

Reporting Accounting Manager - ($115k - $135k)

Focus: Financial Reporting • Month-End Close • Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly/quarterly close and financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements and corporate reporting packages
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
• Manage reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support
• Drive reporting improvements and standardization

Qualifications:

• CPA/MBA
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
• 5–10 years of reporting experience
• Strong GAAP and ERP skills (SAP/Oracle)

Cost Accounting Manager - ($110k - $130k)

Focus: Standard Costing • Inventory Accounting • Manufacturing Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Lead standard costing, cost rolls, and annual updates
• Manage inventory accounting and variance analysis (PPV, labor, overhead)
• Analyze manufacturing performance and cost drivers
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement
• Strengthen cost controls and ERP utilization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
• 5–10 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
• Strong costing, inventory, and ERP skills
