Job Description - Administrative Coordinator (01024857) Job Description Administrative Coordinator - 01024857 Description Weyerhaeuser is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Brookhaven Area team within Southern Timberlands, Mississippi/Louisiana Region. Based in Brookhaven, Mississippi, this role reports to the Area Manager and provides critical administrative support that helps the area and regional teams operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to the Brookhaven Area Manager and Area team. Support vendor administration, including contract updates, contract maintenance, invoice processing, system entries, and related business tasks. Provide day-to-day support for general business functions within the Brookhaven Area and assist with regional processes as needed. Maintain contracts, files, contractor records, insurance documentation, compliance records, and audit-related records in accordance with company requirements. Coordinate office needs such as contracted services, building maintenance, shipped and received parcels, daily mail, office supplies, safety equipment, room reservations, meals, logistics, and required training tracking. Support reconciliation of timber settlements and invoice processing for various area and regional expenses. Serve as a safety role model, including helping organize safety workshops, trainings, and safety records. What Success Looks Like Build proficiency in key Weyerhaeuser systems, administrative processes, and area/regional workflows. Manage contracts, invoices, insurance, compliance, and documentation accurately and efficiently. Develop strong working relationships with area team members, contractors, vendors, and regional partners. Balance competing priorities while maintaining strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. Become a trusted administrative resource for the MSLA Region. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative work experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Energetic, positive, and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to learn new tasks. Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills. Desire to provide superior customer service. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn company-specific programs. Strong desire to work effectively in a team environment and learn the overall business. Strong work ethic with excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize. General knowledge of sound office practices. Ability to anticipate and resolve issues with minimal direction. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred. SharePoint experience preferred. Experience with contract administration, invoice processing, document management, records management, customer support, or vendor support. Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel. Experience supporting field-based operations, forestry, manufacturing, or another operational business environment. Compensation : This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting an hourly range of $24.10-$36.11 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash incentive targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
