St. Francis Way Medical Building Lafayette 3900 St Francis Way Lafayette, Indiana 47905 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to meet the growing demand for Gastroenterology care in our Franciscan Physician Network Gastroenterology Clinic in Lafayette, IN. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Provider will need to work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact, along with 4 hours of admin work Average inpatient volume: varies Average outpatient volume: 12 – 15 per day Strong MA support Strong mentorship available from senior physician leadership Strong referral base: On average 75 -100 per week for general GI WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care system with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana.
