Your responsibilities As an Agile Coach, you will join the Delivery section within the Business Computing group. Your mission will be to coach, mentor, and train teams and business partners on lean-agile practices in software development, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone highly motivated and passionate about business agility. The group is currently in the preparation phase for two business transformation projects: one covering Finance, Procurement, and Logistics processes (new ERP system) and, in parallel, the implementation of a new Human Capital Management system. This requires strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration across the group. As an Agile Coach, you will be assigned to one of the projects to contribute to the successful implementation. Being part of the Lean/Agile chapter, you will drive BC Group events, help grow the Agile maturity of all group internal actors (teams, designers, product managers, the group management team itself) and work with the external group stakeholders to increase their awareness, acceptance and embrace of the group's Agile ways of working. You will be aiming to deepen business agility fundamentals and lean portfolio management concepts within the group, leading to a healthier relationship between the group and its business partners. Your responsibilities In this position, your main functions will be: Cooperate in coordinating the business transformation projects. Train individuals and teams in agile techniques and frameworks. Design a strategy for improving the collaboration and flow of information between software development teams and their business stakeholders. Coach and facilitate agile workshops for product teams, business representatives, and other stakeholders on Lean/Agile practices and tools. Work with the Lean/Agile Chapter to increase the knowledge of Lean/Agile Practices, ensuring the organisation is at the forefront of industry best practices. Promote an agile mindset and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role includes team supervision responsibilities. Your profile Experience working with Scrum teams in a scaled Agile context. Experience with Product Management frameworks. Experience with business transformation projects (e.g., ERP or HCM implementations). Skills Soft skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills. Technical skills: Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks and how to put them into practice. Knowledge of business transformation projects (e.g., ERP or HCM implementations). Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Leading SAFe). Design thinking skills. Spoken and written English, with a commitment to learn French. Eligibility criteria: You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State . You have a professional background in Computer Science, Organisational Psychology (or a related field) and have either: a Master's degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional experience; or a PhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience. You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before. Job closing date: 21.09.2026 at 23:59 CEST. Please note that interviews will take place in the last week of September.
