Position: Agricultural Machinery Technician

We are seeking motivated and skilled technicians to join our Service Department team. This role is hands-on, working with advanced agricultural machinery and delivering high-quality service, diagnostics, repairs, and customer support.

What you’ll do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and ag equipment (Case IH / New Holland preferred, other brands considered).
• Manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide mechanical advice, customer service, and technical support.
• Train and support apprentice technicians.
• Perform upgrades, fitments, and pre-delivery inspections.

What we’re looking for:

• Completed apprenticeship in heavy diesel (3–4 years).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large, high-tech agricultural machinery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and physical fitness for workshop duties.
