AI Product Designer

Location: Abu Dhabi - Onsite

• Candidates can be based anywhere in the world.
• Candidates outside the UAE must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi independently.

Job Description

We are looking for 4 Senior AI Product Designers to join a high-calibre product team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is focused on AI-driven product thinking and innovation. We are looking for designers who understand how AI can fundamentally change products and user experiences, rather than candidates focused primarily on AI tools or deployment.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to define, shape, and design AI-powered products from concept through execution. You should be comfortable working in ambiguous environments, exploring new ideas, and translating complex AI capabilities into simple, useful, and compelling user experiences.

Candidates can be based anywhere in the world, but successful applicants will be required to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Product Design, ideally with experience building digital products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of AI products, AI capabilities, and emerging AI user experiences.
• A strong product mindset with the ability to think beyond interfaces and visual design.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate strong product ideas and concepts.
• Excellent UX and interaction design skills.
• Strong product judgment and a high bar for quality and craft.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving complex problems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design process, and shipped work.
• Passion for AI and a genuine interest in exploring how AI can create new product experiences.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
