Join Our Team We're recruiting for a skilled and motivated Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel (ATSEP) to join our Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and availability of the systems that support air traffic operations. As an ATSEP, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and performance monitoring of safety-critical systems including Communication, Navigation, Surveillance (CNS), and Air Traffic Management (ATM) equipment. Your work will directly contribute to the safe and efficient movement of aircraft within our airspace. Key Responsibilities Maintain, inspect, and repair operational CNS/ATM equipment and infrastructure. Respond to equipment failures and service interruptions, ensuring rapid restoration of critical services. Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements. Perform system testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for reliability improvement. Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation. Participate in engineering projects, upgrades, and technology implementation programmes. Support 24/7 operational requirements through participation in an on-call roster where applicable. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise You will have: Successfully completed the ATSEP initial training syllabus, Basic and Qualification, ideally in all streams as laid down in EU regulation 2027/373 Annex XIII or equivalent Have proven English language proficiency to a minimum level B1. Experience as an ATSEP in an airport or ANSP centre environment. A qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline. Experience maintaining complex electronic, communications, or safety-critical systems. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of communication, navigation, surveillance, networking, or IT systems. The ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to maintaining high safety and engineering standards. Desirable experience: Knowledge of ICAO, EASA, or CAA regulatory requirements. Experience with IP networking, virtualised environments, and cybersecurity principles. Experience with radar, VHF communications, navigation aids, or ATM systems.
