They already have a live product with a meaningful and growing user base and a substantial codebase, and they are moving fast. We're partnering with them to find a full-stack engineer who wants real ownership at an early stage. Founded 2025 · Small team · Industry: AI, Ecommerce, B2B The Role You'll own features end-to-end across the entire product — back end and front end — and treat the front end as a genuine product surface rather than just implementing designs. This is a high-velocity environment where you ship quickly, iterate on real user feedback, and work closely with a small team to move the product forward. What you'll be doing Build across the full stack and own features from start to finish. Treat the front end as a product surface: understand UX and real user behaviour, not just translate mockups. Ship fast and iterate against live user feedback. Collaborate directly with the team on product and technical decisions. Tech stack: Language-agnostic — the team cares far more about system architecture and problem-solving than any specific framework. Requirements Around 2–3 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer. Strong full-stack ability across both back end and front end. Genuine AI fluency — you actively use AI tooling to scale and automate your own work. A track record at an engineering-driven company known for a high bar (VC-backed startups strongly preferred). Either a strong academic background from a top university, or a builder's path such as dropping out to start something or founding a company. Willing to work on-site in San Francisco and to embrace intense, nontraditional startup hours — this is not a 9-to-5. Nice to Haves Prior experience at a startup or as a founder.
