In this position, you will perform fluoroscopy and image acquisition (cine) procedures in the Catheterization Laboratory according to physician orders, utilizing sound judgment in exposure factors, imaging techniques, and patient care. Angiography, Cardiovascular, and Electrophysiology Technologists at Legacy provide the highest quality care using advanced technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions in our Cardiovascular (Cath Lab) and Hybrid Labs across Legacy sites. Responsibilities Angiography Technologists perform imaging procedures according to physician's orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique, and patient treatment. Angiography, Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology Technologists provide the highest quality care using the most advanced technologies for diagnosis and treatment in our Cardiovascular and Hybrid labs located at each Legacy site. Qualifications Education: Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school or program. Experience: Level I - Current applicable state LRT license as you continue toward your ARRT-R registry. Current American Heart Association BLS is also required. Level II - 1-year of previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization, ACLS, BLS, applicable state LRT and ARRT-R required. Level III - 2-years previous experience in the field of Angiography/Cardiac Catheterization is required. You must demonstrate proficiency in the operation of Cath Lab x-ray table equipment and demonstrate knowledge of Cath Lab product inventory. Licensure Current applicable state licensure for Radiological Technologist (LRT) required. Current national registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) required. BLS required. ACLS required - Levels II and III Advanced certification (RCIS, CI, VI) preferred. Pay Range USD $51.13 - USD $73.12 /Hr.
