MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Puyallup outpatient oncology team — a role built for those who value collaboration, stability, and purpose-driven work. In this full-time, weekday schedule, you will play a key role supporting cancer patients through treatment, symptom management, triage, coordination and ongoing continuity of care. You’ll work alongside dedicated oncologists, infusion nurses, and supportive care partners — with access to >20 Hem/Onc providers across the MultiCare Cancer Institute network. In This Role, You Will Provide comprehensive outpatient oncology care Manage follow-ups, symptom support, treatment tolerance & survivorship care Function alongside an attending oncologist with strong RN & clinic support See ~12–15 patients/day once fully onboarded Enjoy predictable 4x10s daytime hours Work in a shift-based model Why Puyallup, WA? As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $130,461.00 - $176,947.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
