In the early stages, the SA plays a leading role by confirming the project scope and system blueprint, translating customer manufacturing requirements into scalable MES solutions for ATP. As the project progresses to the mid-stage, the SA shifts focus to integration coordination, ensuring alignment across systems and stakeholders. In the later stages, the SA transitions into an advisory role, guiding implementation teams to ensure successful and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Architecture Lead solution design for MES for ATP implementations projects. Translate customer manufacturing processes into MES functional and technical architecture. Define system landscape, including application, integration, and infrastructure components. Identify and groom solution gaps and propose customization or enhancement strategies. Provide technical leadership during project engagement and execution. 2. Customer Engagement & Consulting Work closely with customers to gather and validate requirements. Provide expert consultation on MES capabilities, best practices, and system design. Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals and technical presentations. 3. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with: Application engineering Infrastructure / OS / DBA teams Integration / automation teams Ensure alignment across all workstreams for end-to-end solution delivery . 4 . Governance, Risk & Quality Identify technical risks before and during project delivery. Review solution design, code, and deployment approach. Ensure compliance with standards, quality processes, and audit requirements . 5 . Documentation & Standards The capability to produce high-level and detail design documents, like: Solution architecture Interface design and strategy System Requirement Specification Functional Design Specification Define best practices and reusable frameworks for future projects. Required Qualifications Computer, Electronics & Industry bachelor’s degree or MBA with Information System background or related fields 5+ years experience in MES / CIM / manufacturing systems in a production semiconductor FE/BE. LCD, LED or electronics environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of 300works or similar MES platforms and ATP domain knowledge Experience with system architecture, integration, and large-scale deployment Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes ( FE and BE operations) Flexibility to travel worldwide, especially China , to conduct deployment projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in customer-facing consulting roles Good communication skills (English and Chinese required) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of MES, like: 300works, FactoryWorks, SiView, Camstart, PROMIS, FAB300… Familiarity with infrastructure architecture (Linux, network, database) Familiarity with message bus, ERP, MCS, EA or subsystems in a full auto FAB Solid skills and experience in Unix , Linux and Windows operating systems, networking, shell scripting, Jenkins and docker are plus Software development or coding experience is preferred.
