3DGence is a global manufacturer of high-performance Industrial 3D printing production systems, experiencing rapid growth in the Additive Manufacturing industry. We established our Americas Headquarters in September 2018 and are looking to expand and grow our team. Our clients span from Aerospace and Automotive to Medical and Consumer Products. We are currently seeking an Application Engineer at our Dallas Headquarters who shares our vision that Additive Manufacturing will revolutionize the industry of the 21st century, and our passion for putting our customers first and helping them grow. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help our customers unlock the full potential of Additive Manufacturing by assisting with part design and production set-up.
• Onboard customers to 3DGence solutions and services.
• Collaborate with the Sales team with technical expertise.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by stakeholders, propose and lead activities for continuous improvement.
• On-site installations for Industrial 3D Printing Solutions at our customer locations.
• Use and help build the 3DGence's support knowledge base to engage prospective customers and make our current customers more successful.
• Participate in R&D and innovation projects as required.
• Travel time up to 25%.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (MSc, BSc).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Advanced Manufacturing, 3D Printing, or Technical Engineering role.
• CAD experience.
• Hands-on Engineering mindset.
• Proactive, creative thinker with a proven ability to provide solutions.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative and team working environment.

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing/CNC Engineering background and interest
• Experience in providing top-tier customer engagement or technical support in a professional environment.
