Area Manager – Premium Beauty & Salon Operations

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 13,000–16,000 per month + KPI incentives (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations, commercial performance, and service excellence of multiple premium salon branches across Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple locations within the beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the daily operations of multiple salon branches.

* Ensure the achievement of sales, revenue, profitability, and operational targets.

* Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers, Salon Managers, and salon teams.

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, retail sales, client retention, service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

* Ensure consistent service standards and an outstanding client experience across all locations.

* Oversee staff scheduling, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency.

* Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate salon management teams.

* Monitor inventory levels, retail product sales, stock management, and supplier coordination.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations.

* Handle escalated customer concerns and implement effective service improvement initiatives.

* Work closely with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive client acquisition.

* Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Multi-Branch Manager within the beauty, salon, spa, or wellness industry.

* Proven experience managing multiple salon locations.

* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

* Excellent commercial, operational, and analytical abilities.

* Proven track record of driving sales growth, client retention, and team performance.

* Fluent in English.

* Arabic language skills are highly preferred.

* UAE experience within the beauty industry is mandatory.

* UAE driving licence is preferred.
