We're partnering with a well-funded, early-stage AI startup that's building one of the most ambitious AI research companies in the world.

They're looking for an exceptional AI Researcher/ Research Scientist to lead the next generation of multimodal foundation models that combine video, audio, images, text and structured data into intelligent AI systems capable of understanding and automating real-world work.

This is not a traditional AI research / Research Scientist position.

You'll work directly with the founder to define the company's core research direction while helping build the next generation of enterprise AI systems.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6+ years of AI Research or Machine Learning experience

• Deep expertise in one or more of:

• Multimodal AI
• Representation Learning
• Foundation Models
• Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Computer Vision
• Deep Learning
• Self-Supervised Learning
• Reinforcement Learning
• PyTorch
• CUDA
• Distributed Training
• GPU Optimization
• Python

• Experience training models across multiple modalities

• Experience publishing or conducting frontier AI research

• Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments

• High ownership and strong research intuition

Bonus Points

We're especially interested in candidates who have:

• Built or trained multimodal foundation models

• Experience with video generation or multimodal research

• Worked at frontier AI labs or elite AI startups

• Published impactful research in multimodal AI

• World-class achievement in another discipline including Olympiads, competitive programming, quantitative trading, chess, athletics or entrepreneurship.
