Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including medical history, physical exams, and interviews with patients and families. Develop individualized care plans by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, performing medical procedures as prescribed. Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to adjust care plans and improve service programs based on data and feedback.
