Role: Associate Dentist
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and some adults, supporting the community mission. Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, plan treatment, and promote a positive patient experience. Utilize advanced tools like DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Maintain compliance through OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency training. Collaborate with a team of hygienists and assistants, managing a patient load of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients.
Qualifications & Skills: DDS/DMD from an accredited program, current license or eligibility, CPR and DEA certifications, Nitrous Oxide certification (if applicable), and a compassionate attitude towards patients of all ages.
Key Duties: Deliver comprehensive dental services, ensure patient comfort, participate in team and community activities, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
