We are currently recruiting for two part-time leadership opportunities within our Postnatal team, with positions available at 0.6 EFT and 0.7 EFT . These roles are ideal for clinicians who are passionate about postnatal care and looking to further their leadership journey. In these positions, you will work closely with the Maternity Services leadership team and receive ongoing support from the Unit Manager. Based at Epworth Freemason Maternity Hospital in East Melbourne . you will be responsible for supporting the Midwife Unit Manager and assisting in the overall clinical management and team leadership of the 34 bed Post Natal unit. In additional to the Post Natal unit, our Maternity Services department consists of 9 birth suites, 10 special care nursery cots and a 4 bed hospital in the Park Hyatt Hotel and currently accommodates approximately 3,000 births per annum. Salary range is $120,595 - $124,661 + super + entitlements ,depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
