Job Title : A&T Technician II - Sub Assembly Work Schedule: Onsite – Buffalo, NY Our Team in Space and Defense Group is looking for an A&T Technician II to join them. You will report to the Performance Leader and have an onsite, 2nd shift work schedule in East Aurora, NY. To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. At least 3 years of relevant experience. As A&T Technician II, you will: Perform various precision and complex assembly, test, inspection, and analysis functions in support of product delivery requirements. Perform multiple complex manufacturing and special processes within and outside of the A&T functional department. Proactively participates, supports, motivates, and provides guidance in a team-based environment. Take ownership of sub assembly performance. Collaborate with others to develop the sub assembly area. Initiate, lead, and participate in process improvements within the sub assembly area. Perform and help set up deburr, heli-coil installation and lee plug installation work areas. Provide support to other A&T simple sub assembly processes.
