Backend Engineer

We’re looking for Backend Engineers to join Split Pay , a freshly funded Series B fintech providing split rental and mortgage payments for the US market. Backed by leading VC funds, with a founding team boasting experience at Cash App, Dropbox, Square, Amazon and Apple, Splitpay is going through extensive growth and is expanding the engineering team. You will Work on our core backend systems, collaborate with ML, Mobile and Web teams. Support and add new features, we just introduced car loan payments and many others are coming soon. Requirements 4+ years of backend development experience (while we use Python, prior experience in any language will do). Conversational English. Relocation to Lisbon, Portugal is required. During the work permit acquiring process we offer remote work. Stack Python, Django, AWS. We are open to any prior backend experience.
