This is a high-volume, high-energy operation where relaxed lunches roll seamlessly into afternoon aperitivo, sunset Spritzes, live entertainment and vibrant evening cocktail service. We're searching for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead from the front and continue building one of Queensland's premier beverage destinations.

The Opportunity

As Bar Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily operation of Bar Capri, leading one of Noosa's busiest premium cocktail venues while working alongside the award-winning team at Cibaria and Maestro Hospitality.

You'll lead a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff, creating an environment where exceptional service, strong leadership and genuine hospitality are at the centre of everything you do.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for:

• Leading one of Queensland's busiest premium cocktail bars.
• Inspiring, mentoring and developing a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff.
• Driving exceptional guest experiences through every service.
• Managing labour, beverage costs, stock control and financial performance.
• Developing seasonal cocktail menus and innovative beverage offerings.
• Working closely with our Head Sommelier and leadership team at Cibaria.
• Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellence.

Who We're Looking For

This role is for a seasoned hospitality professional.

Someone who has earned their stripes managing busy cocktail bars, understands high-volume service without compromising quality, and genuinely enjoys leading people from the floor.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience managing premium, high-volume cocktail venues.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
