As a Behavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at May Institute School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities , you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of BCBAs who provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) , you’ll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities.
