FinX is looking for a Bilingual Client Service & Operations Associate to join our growing team.

📍 Location: FinX is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, with an office in Houston, TX

🕗 Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT

🗣️ Language: Fluent Mandarin Chinese & English

💰 Compensation: Competitive salary

About FinX

FinX is a next-generation fintech platform — the “Duolingo of Trading.” We combine AI investing agents with Fifi, our gamified avatar system, to create engaging, interactive, and personalized stock-learning and investing experiences. Our goal is to make investing more accessible, intuitive, and engaging for the next generation of investors, especially Gen Z.

What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 🌏 Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, patient, positive, and service-oriented attitude
• 🔍 Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility
• 🚀 A fast learner who is proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• 💼 Prior customer service or client service experience in financial services, brokerage, banking, wealth management, or fintech is highly preferred
• 📈 Strong interest in stocks, investing, AI, fintech, and consumer technology is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate, and friendly manner
• Assist users with general product, account, and service-related questions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure effective follow-up
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer inquiries, feedback, and action items
• When customer service volume is light, provide general operational, administrative, and team support as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows and support the team in a flexible, collaborative manner
