Biology Teacher

Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Biology Teacher to join a well-established international school in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Biology lessons across the secondary age range, inspire a love of science, and contribute positively to a collaborative school community. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Biology lessons across Key Stage 3, (I)GCSE and A Level (or equivalent international curricula). Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with a range of abilities. Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a passion for science. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate assessment records. Contribute to curriculum planning and the continued development of the Science Department. Participate in school events, parent meetings, professional development and extracurricular activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student wellbeing and academic success. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Biology or a closely related subject. Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS or equivalent). Experience teaching Biology at secondary level, including Key Stage 3 and (I)GCSE. Ability to teach A Level Biology or an equivalent post-16 curriculum.
