A variety of benefits dependent on role and location. What you will do Lead and continuously improve cleaning strategies and concepts for process equipment within the assigned manufacturing area. Conduct cleaning risk assessments for new and existing products, implementing appropriate controls to ensure product quality and patient safety. Support GMP manufacturing operations through expert oversight of equipment cleaning processes, investigation activities, and issue resolution. Prepare, review, and maintain production documentation, electronic batch records, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs related to cleaning activities. Ensure cleaning processes remain qualified, validated, and compliant throughout their lifecycle in accordance with GMP requirements and site procedures. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Validation, and other cross-functional stakeholders while representing the area during customer audits and visits. Drive innovation and continuous improvement projects and provide training and coaching to operators on cleaning-related procedures, including swabbing and visual inspection activities. What we are looking for Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD). Experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, particularly in upstream or downstream processing. Understanding of equipment cleaning, cleaning validation, contamination control, or related process engineering activities. Knowledge of GMP requirements, quality systems, and manufacturing documentation practices. Familiarity with USP/DSP equipment and process equipment design within biotechnology production environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
