Blow Moulding Technician

We are hiring experienced Blow Moulding Technicians for advanced plastic packaging manufacturers across Belgium. We welcome applications from international professionals who are open to relocating for long-term career opportunities.

Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing MAGIC blow moulding machines used in the production of plastic containers, jerrycans, drums, and technical packaging solutions.

What you will do

• Set up and operate MAGIC blow moulding machines.
• Start up, monitor, and optimize production processes.
• Carry out mould changes and machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and process-related issues.
• Optimize machine parameters to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Monitor material consumption and production output.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

• Salary: €20.00 – €25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Who we are looking for

• Experience as a Blow Moulding Technician, Machine Setter, or Process Technician
• Experience working with MAGIC blow moulding machines
• Experience with HDPE, PE, PP, or similar plastic processing
• Knowledge of mould changes, process optimization, and production troubleshooting
• Ability to identify and solve technical issues independently
• Technical mindset and hands-on approach
• Experience in plastic packaging production is an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Belgium
• Motivated to build a long-term career
• English level: minimum B1

Preferred Experience

• Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM)
• Production of jerrycans, containers, drums, or industrial packaging
• Preventive maintenance
• Quality control and process improvement
• Experience with other blow moulding brands such as Bekum, Kautex, or Uniloy is considered a plus
