Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Newport News, VA | Clinic-Based $90,000-$110,000/year HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing our Newport News ABA team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available Monday-Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM 25 hrs/week billable requirement Optional weekend make-up days for cancellations/closures. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews Qualifications Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
