We provide administrative and clinical support; BCBAs focus on their clients and grow professionally. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs Conduct functional behavior assessments Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Monitor client progress and make data-based clinical decisions Provide caregiver training and support Collaborate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure ethical, clinically sound, and high-quality service delivery Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing Current Missouri behavior analyst license or eligibility to obtain licensure Experience with assessments, treatment planning, skill-acquisition programming, and behavior-reduction procedures Strong clinical judgment, leadership, organization, and communication skills Apply today to learn more about joining ABA Squad’s St. Louis team.
