Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff. Establish department goals, monitor key performance indicators, and manage the operating budget. Review repair estimates and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and internal departments. Coordinate parts availability and monitor repair progress to ensure timely vehicle delivery. Oversee department productivity, payroll, billing, and accounts receivable. Resolve customer concerns quickly while delivering exceptional service. Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company safety standards. Maintain shop equipment and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and productivity. Keep the facility clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready. Support business growth through customer retention, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the continued success of the dealership. ✅ What We're Looking For 3+ years of body shop or collision repair management experience. Automotive management or collision repair training preferred. Strong leadership, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Working knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating systems, insurance claims, and vehicle components. Experience with estimating and shop management software. Parts department experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements. I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications are a plus. 🚀 Ready to Take the Next Step?
