What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and hydronic heating systems. Troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues and provide effective solutions. Perform thorough system evaluations and educate homeowners on recommended repairs and improvements. Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional service. Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate service findings clearly. Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development opportunities. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician. Required experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boiler and hydronic systems. Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, controls, and heating systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team. Valid driver's license. EPA certification required. NATE certification is a plus. Working Conditions & Physical Demands Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. Comfortable working in varying temperatures and seasonal conditions. Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds. Work may include indoor and outdoor environments throughout the year. Why Join PSI? The pay for this position is $26/hour or more ($100k-$175k earning potential) depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
