We are looking for a Branch Manager with heavy
machinery industry experience who can lead from the front, build a strong team
and run a high-performing operation.

About the role
As Branch Manager, you’ll take full ownership
of the performance, culture and direction of our Darwin branch.
You’ll lead across Sales, Parts and Service,
bringing the team together to deliver strong results and an exceptional
customer experience.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in the heavy machinery or agricultural industry
will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of branch operations across Sales, Parts and
Service
- Experience leading teams in a hands-on environment
- Strong commercial and financial capability
- Ability to build trust, accountability and engagement
What you’ll be doing
- Leading a team working with John Deere equipment, supporting
customers across key industries in the region
- Owning the branch budget and overall performance
- Coaching and developing your team
- Driving a safe, positive and high-performing culture
- Building strong customer relationships
