Brand Manager – East Coast (U.S.) - Relocation from Australia is a possibility

O&M (Original & Mineral) | East Coast, US | Full-Time

O&M is on a mission to bring the highest-performing Clean Colour and kind haircare to hairdressers and their clients worldwide — and we’re growing fast in the U.S. We’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead our East Coast market and play a pivotal role in O&M’s U.S. expansion.

Reporting directly to the US President, you’ll own the execution of our commercial and brand strategy across the eastern region — driving distributor performance, opening new salon accounts, and being the face of O&M in the market. This role is roughly 70% commercial sales execution and 30% brand and education.

What you'll do

• Be O&M's primary point of contact for distributor partners across the East Coast — building relationships with owners, leadership, and field sales teams
• Run joint sales calls with distributor reps, coaching them on brand positioning and the O&M regimen story
• Identify and open new salon accounts aligned with O&M's brand and distributor strategy
• Analyze regional performance and market trends to spot growth opportunities and white space
• Represent O&M at distributor meetings, industry events, and salon visits
• Manage trade and sampling budgets, and report on territory performance and pipeline

What you bring

• 4–7 years in field sales or territory management within professional beauty, hair care, or an adjacent industry
• A track record managing distributor relationships and hitting sales targets in a field-based role
• Real knowledge of the U.S. salon market and distributor channel model — how DSCs work and how brands win at the salon door
• A genuine passion for professional hair care and colour
• Strong relationship-building instincts, an entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort building process in a fast-paced, growing business
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50–60%) throughout the eastern US and select Canada, including overnight stays
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
