Its platform helps modernize insurance advisory, financial planning, and customer engagement by connecting insurers, distributors, and banking partners through configurable digital solutions. This role works directly with enterprise clients on large-scale product implementations, integrations, and business transformation initiatives.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with banks, insurers, enterprise clients, product teams, and delivery stakeholders to ensure successful product implementations.
- Own functional analysis across API integrations by validating REST APIs, JSON payloads, Postman requests, connector mappings, data transformations, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FRDs), user stories, process flows, mapping documents, UAT scenarios, and implementation documentation.
- Partner with developers, QA engineers, product managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to resolve issues, support testing cycles, manage defects, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize advanced Excel to perform complex data analysis, mapping, reconciliation, reporting, dashboards, charts, and business insights for insurance and financial-planning implementations.
- Coordinate UAT execution, production validation, defect triage, release readiness, and client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, Integration Analyst, or similar client-facing implementation role.
- Strong hands-on experience working with REST APIs, Postman, JSON, request/response validation, API integrations, data mapping, troubleshooting, and system integrations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, reporting, dashboards, and structured data analysis.
- Experience working on enterprise software implementations, UAT, business process mapping, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Prior experience within insurance, life insurance, financial services, banking, wealth management, fintech, or insurtech environments is highly preferred.
- Candidates based in Bangalore, Bengaluru, Mysore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Noida are encouraged to apply. The role is based in Bangalore with five-day work-from-office, and relocation support may be considered for strong candidates.
