Abdul Ghaffar Mall is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified, and experienced professional to lead our Business Development, Brand Acquisition, and Procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect Abdul Ghaffar Mall with established national, regional, and local brands.

* Identify and develop new business, franchise, and expansion opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, suppliers, distributors, and corporate representatives.

* Lead purchasing, procurement, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.

* Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, contracts, and business agreements.

* Conduct market research and contribute to the mall’s growth and expansion strategy.

* Identify potential brands and businesses that can strengthen the mall’s retail and commercial offering.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

* Proven experience in Business Development, Brand Acquisition, Procurement, Purchasing, or a related role.

* Strong professional and business network with excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.

* Experience with retail, FMCG, restaurants, fashion, cosmetics, franchises, or consumer brands will be preferred.

* Excellent communication, networking, decision-making, and business development abilities.

* Strong understanding of commercial negotiations and supplier relationships.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a professional who can open doors, bring established brands to AG Mall, develop strategic partnerships, strengthen supplier relationships, improve purchasing, and directly contribute to the mall’s business growth.

Location & Work Flexibility

Primary Location: Sanghar, Sindh

Candidates from Karachi or other cities across Pakistan are welcome to apply.

Relocation to Sanghar will generally be required for the selected candidate. For selected candidates relocating from outside Sanghar, the company will provide accommodation and food as part of the employment package.

However, for exceptionally talented and experienced candidates who can effectively deliver the required business development, brand acquisition, and procurement responsibilities remotely, AG Mall may offer a remote/hybrid working arrangement on a case-by-case basis.

The final work arrangement will depend on the candidate’s experience, capabilities, performance, targets, and business requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary / Package: Rs. 100,000+ per month

* Competitive and negotiable based on experience and capabilities.

* Performance-based incentives in addition to the package, based on achievement of agreed business development, brand acquisition, procurement, and other targets.

* Accommodation provided by the company for eligible out-of-city candidates relocating to Sanghar.

* Food provided by the company for eligible out-of-city candidates.

* Remote/Hybrid Flexibility may be offered to exceptional candidates based on suitability and role requirements.
