We are seeking an analytical, tech-savvy Business System Analyst to join our core Enterprise Applications division. In this critical role, you will act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams—analyzing corporate workflows, defining software system requirements, and optimizing internal platform performance to drive operational scaling.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional business units to extract, analyze, and document comprehensive technical system requirements and user stories.
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Design detailed "as-is" and "to-be" workflow diagrams, data-flow matrices, and system architecture blueprints utilizing modeling software (such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro).
• UAT Test Engineering: Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) parameters, draft detailed test scripts, and coordinate with quality assurance (QA) teams to validate that software deployments achieve business design targets.
• Data Mapping & Integration Support: Analyze enterprise data feeds, evaluate system integration interfaces (APIs), and write fundamental SQL queries to perform database data mapping and gap analysis.
• Agile Sprint Facilitation: Support technical project managers by organizing scrum backlogs within tracking software (such as Jira or Azure DevOps), verifying that task requirements are clearly structured for developers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent business-quantitative or technical discipline.
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. This is an entry-level technical position; robust IT or systems analysis internships, university software engineering capstone projects, or an extensive technical portfolio highlighting database design are highly valued.
• Technical Software Literacy: Foundational familiarity writing basic SQL queries for data extraction. Exceptional spreadsheet data modeling capabilities in Microsoft Excel (proficient with dynamic formulas, lookups, and pivot tables).
• Consultative Communication Polish: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be equally comfortable translating technical code parameters into clear business concepts and vice versa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Language Fluency: Professional verbal and written proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to facilitate cross-border technical alignment and coordinate with international systems engineering divisions.
• Basic conceptual exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) frameworks, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suites (such as Salesforce), or cloud architecture (AWS/Azure).
• Initial familiarization with Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles (SDLC).
